The author has described a concept of implementation Total Quality Management in the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz. This work is one of the achievements of Project Tempus UM JEP 13491-98 "Modernisation of university management and development of structure for international cooperation". The model of University's organizational structure and the stages of TQM implementation were presented.
