The Polish Papermuseum in Duszniki Zdroj invites all interested parties to participate in the 27th Congress of International Paper Historians. The Association of Paper Historians was founded 44 years ago and consists of historians of all specialities, as well as archivists,, publishers and paper keepers. Various institutions are considered members of the Association, and the current number of active members now stands at 350. The IPH Congress is held every two years.

In 2004, Poland will host the Congress for the first time.
