The Conference is a kind of résumé of the project "Libraries for young clients" (2002-2007).
The aim of the conference is to show new image of the public library as modern cultural institution, open to new technologies and innovations, supporting education and helping young people look for work and new qualifications.
There will be presentations of two libraries: model multimedia library for young "Planeta 11"in Olsztyn and multimedia library for children "Abecad³o" in Olsztyn. Moreover librarians from Germany and Denmark will share their experience from work with young readers and talk about innovatory solutions used in library practice.
